I got a Map!! (Just for you Ryan!!)

The flight was a bit crapy because the seats were extremly uncomfortable but luckily the time went by pretty fast. I did watch 1 movie then slept the rest of the time as good as I could. When we got to the hostel the lady that checked us in, who is from Canada, was extremly helpful. She gave me a map and showed me all the best tourist places to check out and explained how to get to them. I bought a converter plug for 2 pounds and a hair dryer for 8 pounds then I had to take a quick nap. I know they say not to but I couldnt help it. I just slept for like an hour and Korunn slept for like 4 hours haha. While she was sleeping I walked around a little and hung out in the hostel bar. Our room had people from Australia, France, Canada, and some other place but I couldn't understand the lady at all. When Korunn woke up it was about 6 and we decided to go down to the bar for the last 30 min of happy hour and order a pizza. Its freezing outside so we didn't want to go anywhere to walk around and find a place to eat. There was a very annoying guy named Tom from London who was obsessed with Korunn's accent. So he followed us around in the bar. I think he was annoying bc he was pissed (which means drunk here, thats how they refer it) The australian from our room named Steven also hung out with us, there was also another australian who kind of smelled and so I tried to stay away from him!! Then also at our table there was someone from New York, and there was a girl from Canada. Then there were 2 bartenders, one from Hungary and the other Sweden. I can go on and on about all the different people and places that they were from that we met. Everyone was really nice though. We also met a guy from London named Scott who was very nice. He works for groupon and is an author. He offered to get us tickets to some exclusive book launch tonight, so I think we will go to that!! We were up pretty late till about 3 or 4 am, and of course I wake up at 7am. Korunn I dont think went to bed till about 7 am because she was skyping her bf forever. I cant talk that long on the phone, id run out of things to say. Today I wanted to do a free walking tour which goes to Buckimham palace, hyde park corner, Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Big ben, and like 20 other places, but it is absolutly freezing outside so I dont think I can do it. The good thing is they have it every day so hopefully it will warm up and I can do it later on the trip. I also really want to go to the Jack the Ripper tour, which looks awesome. Its only at night though so I will have to do that later in the trip also. Then I want to do the London pub crawl which goes to 5 bars and dance venues or I will go to Ministry of Sound which is supposed to be an awesome dance club where they supposedly play the best techno music, so we shall see. There is so much I want to do and see. I hope the weather doesn't hold me back at all. Today I was going to try and find Eckerd college where we are staying starting tomorrow. I ate the hostel breakfast, which was toast and cereal. They had rice krispys and I learned Australians call them rice bubbles, so strange, haha. Now im going to take a shower and hopefully figure out something to do that doesn't require much time in the cold!!
